In hopes of sweetening your time with friends and family this holiday season, give some of the following recipes a try!

Easy Clean Eating Mint Fudge

Try this delicious recipe for a sweet dessert! 

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut butter (may need to be warmed slightly. NOT melted, warmed.)
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup unsweetened coco powder
1 tsp. bourbon vanilla
1 tsp. high-quality mint extract

Instructions

Step 1 – Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. 

Step 2 – Place in a small square dish (5.5”x5.5” recommended) and place in the fridge to firm.

Step 3 – Eat and Enjoy!

 

Cranberry Orange Parfait

Try this recipe for a healthy holiday brunch!

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp. orange zest
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground flaxseeds
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. unsalted chopped walnuts

Instructions:
Combine yogurt, orange zest, vanilla and flaxseeds in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spoon half of yogurt mixture into a tall glass. Layer half the orange slices, ½ Tbsp. cranberries, and ½Tbsp. walnuts. Top with remaining yogurt mixture and finish with remaining orange slices, ½ Tbsp. cranberries and ½ Tbsp. walnuts. Makes 1 serving.
