1)      Chiropractic care. By improving the function of the nervous system, we improve the health of every cell, tissue and organ in our bodies.

2)      Nutrition. We definitely are what we eat! And the more organic produce and naturally raised animal products we eat, the healthier we are because they are superior in nutrients. Add Celtic sea salt and some naturally saturated fats such as coconut oil, organic butter, or olive oil and lots of dark leafy greens. SUBTRACT sugars, chemicals, and processed carbohydrates as much as possible. With this winning formula your body will feel the rewards of health, energy, and mental clarity.

3)      Water. Every cell in our body functions best when we drink ½ our body weight in ounces of water. Beverages such as coffee, tea, and soda actually take water OUT of your body. The most important change you make in this area is to STOP drinking soda, especially diet sodas, as these beverages carry a dangerously heavy toxin price tag.

4)      Exercise. Did you know that even just 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise can reduce your risk of ALL chronic illnesses by a significant amount?? So dance, yoga, walk, weight train, whatever you like! Just move your body to keep it healthy and energetic!
